Company President

Curtis W. Hunt, MAI has been an appraiser since 1982 with experience in preparing appraisals, reviews, and counseling reports on an array of complex real estate projects.

Mr. Hunt is a member of The Appraisal Institute and the Manatee County Association of Realtors. He is a Florida State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser No. RZ 0001697.

Mr. Hunt holds a BA in Real Estate from the University of Texas. He has qualified in state circuit courts and federal bankruptcy court as an expert on real estate matters. He is also a board member of the CID Commercial Division of the Manatee County Association of Realtors.

Wesley Sanders

Mr. Sanders holds an AA in English and an AS in Business from Blinn College, as well as, a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University. Mr. Sanders began selling real estate in 2002 and appraising in 2003. He is an advanced MAI candidate with the Appraisal Institute and has a variety of experience in appraising commercial properties.

Timothy McCarthy

Mr. McCarthy is an experienced residential appraiser and holds an Associates Degree in Specialized Technology, Pittsburgh, PA.

Benjamin Gibson formerly served as an appraiser with Farm Credit and is now the firm's agriculture expert. Mr. Gibson holds a BS in Agriculture from the University of Florida and has analyzed citrus and other various farming operations throughout the state. He has over 15 years of experience and is a Florida State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser No. RZ0001740.

Andrius Sperauskas

Mr. Sperauskas holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University. Mr. Sperauskas began appraising commercial real estate in 2003 and has experience in accounting and finance. He is an advanced MAI candidate with the Appraisal Institute.
